Our biggest Cub Scout event of the year, Boo Camp is a great introduction to our outdoor programs for new Scouts. We offer climbing, archery, rope bridges, haunted hay rides, and more. Scouts and families are encouraged to come in costume and have a spook-tacular time!

Camp Crown Local Adventure Weekends

Supplement your Unit's campout with these available activities in 2025! When you have a break in your patrol or den's plans, take part in Archery, Air Rifle/BB Gun, Portable Climbing Wall, BMX Pump Track, Fat Tire or Mountain trail bikes. Unit-led self-directed activities are also open for Geocaching, nature study, bird study, and tree identification games for Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA.

Equipment Rentals & Reservations
As you plan your unit's campouts for the year, keep in mind that we have low-cost equipment rentals available for your use, including mountain bike rental, fat tire bike rental, bike pump track, canoes, pioneering kit, and geocaching courses. Equipment Rental Information >

New: The Rodger and Dorothy Landgraf Family Village at Camp Sol R. Crown. Conveniently located by Miller Cabin, this new camping area features ten 4-person cabins (no electricity), a large pavilion with 2 charcoal grills, and a fire pit. It is a perfect campsite for units that desire cabin camping but need flexibility for mixed-gender groups. Family Adventure Camp (formerly Akela Camp)
Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Scout Reservation | Pearson, WI
Family Adventure Camp gives Cub Scouts an introduction to resident camp with the comfort of having their parent or guardian by their side. Join us in the Northwoods and enjoy sailing, kayaking, canoeing, archery, handicraft, outdoor skills, and more! Your Den Chief is encouraged to attend!
